This video was taken when Ex-Vice Gov. Francisco Paylaga during the election day intimidating the voters in Brgy. Punta in order for his appointed candidate to win. On the recent barangay election at PUNTA, PANAON (MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL), Ex.-Vice Gov. Francisco Paylaga argued with a voter that sample ballots were allowed to be distributed. Mr. PAYLAGA IS WRONG. That is against the law. Mr. Paylaga made good with his threat. About 20% of the voters in barangay PUNTA, PANA-ON were coerced, harassed, and intimidated by him or his "people" to not vote for barangay captain or not vote altogether during the recent election.
